After the debate sparked by his book Dark Emu, writer Bruce Pascoe turns towards practical work on Yuin Country in East Gippsland. Alongside his partner Lyn Harwood, he sets out to build a sustainable farm grounded in First Peoples knowledge and a closer relationship with the land. Grace McKenzie’s observational documentary follows the rhythms of the property, the challenges of their undertaking and the personal connections that grow through caring for Country.
